In order to survive this technological adolescence we find ourselves in, we will need to evolve our thinking in a number of ways. First on the list is competitive and egocentric thinking vs. group and systems thinking. Basic tenants of sustainable, forward-thinking development involve more holistic impact metrics, while markets drive individual/corporate bottom lines.
In our decision-making, taking into account the impact on the whole, not simply the “one”, means that our perspective shifts from the individual to the collective. Is this good for me/my company only, or is this good for all around me? Is this good for the community, the nation, and ultimately, the world? Does this benefit the present only, omitting impacts on future generations? How are my actions impacting the rest of the world? Each moment we are presented with opportunities for choice. The more conscious we become of these opportunities, and the more awareness we place on them, the more we realize the full impact of even the simplest decisions.
There are listed below 9 areas of human endeavor and development that are a part of a global evolutionary growth process, taking humanity into a healthy, holistic, sustainable, enlightened future.
The main tenant of holographic, fractal thought is that it is self-referencing and sees all time/space influences. This takes us far beyond “systems thinking”. It breaks through the box of time and space, and allows us to see impacts of our actions and choices as they ripple into future timelines and spread around the planet. Every choice, every law, every innovation, business deal, or technology has impact, limited only by the extent of our thought process. How big, how far in time, can we allow our awareness to extend?
Where do those impacts end? Follow them through their evolutionary lifecycles and see how they influence future life on every level.
Waves propagate in a medium, create interference patterns that create other waves, larger and smaller waves, change direction, and create an entire landscape of energetic dynamics that form the basis for future existence. This is the way we need to think. This is how we take into account the full impact of our choices, and create the most prosperous future we can envision for our progeny.
1) Personal transformation — optimal health, personal development, conscious evolution. Empathy, connectedness, compassion. One heart. One mind. One breath. All change begins with the individual. Cultivating awareness, we make better choices and are more capable of sustaining a positive, life-affirming field of energy and consciousness. The body becomes more resilient and capable. We become more creative, connected, and compassionate. Personal transformation and evolution implies that we are more than our past, that we can be realise more than the conditioning and traumatizing influences upon us. Healing requires us to acknowledge this truth.
2) Social/Community — community development, giving back to local communities through incentives, business and family charitable development programs. beautification projects, recycling programs, civil engineering, redesigning our towns and cities, optimal land use. The individual as part of a diverse community with many needs, potentials, and opportunities for growth and development. How do we create a vision of the future that encompasses not only our own needs and desires in the community, but those of others and the community as a whole? This involves cultural differences, education, health, urban planning, etc. When we have a comprehensive picture of the community today, and extrapolate that into the future — what do we envision for its future? What forces are driving its evolution? How do we guide the evolution consciously in a positive direction that allows for flexibility within the framework of a holistic roadmap for prosperous, peaceful, and positive evolution?
3) Business — business for benefit, for the betterment of society. Business and technology have enormous power to shape the direction of society. How do we support business to drive technological and cultural development, for the betterment of society and future generations, instead of being motivated by investor and ROI driven demands? Supporting and creating entrepreneurship that will literally research and design the future. Business has great potential to positively shape the future, as invention creates the foundation of future technologies, and influences most aspects of life. Good business practices can be incentivized to be holistically minded, incorporating awareness of impact at many/all levels of the social and planetary ecosystems. An example of a society whose values are at odds with itself: a business is created to market a technology with negative health impacts. Another business (healthcare) is created to market products to alleviate symptoms of those very same health impacts. The inefficiencies of such systems are evident and completely antithetical to sustainable evolution and efficient use of resources. How much more could humanity accomplish if we created only businesses and technologies which had no downside, but only benefit?
4) Environment — environmental protection, remediation, land sequestration. Earth, Water, Air, and Forest. Society lives on and in an environment which, if not protected, nourished, and appreciated, will not serve future generations. What could be more important than the environment that sustains your life? When we see the earth as our home, our backyard, our garden (the entire earth, not simply our property, community, or country) we can no longer make decisions that have detrimental impacts upon our environment. Instead, we will think not only globally, but also non-temporally. In other words, a truly sustainable society and culture will bring awareness to the global and future implications of every action. We will see the ripple effects through time, thinking not only of our own time and circumstance, but the entire timeline into the future, and the impacts our choices have on those future societies.

6) Education — Evolved learning systems do not charge students to learn, and will be based on the fundamental understandings of human development, consciousness, and the mind at different ages. Individual proclivities, talents, and abilities are supported from a young age, recognising the evolution of society depends on the next generations. Deep understandings in the fields of neuroplasticity and consciousness states will open many doors in education that will allow for rapid learning and huge leaps in understanding at much younger ages. This leads to a quantum leap in education/awareness, and the ability to implement change and rapidly evolve socially. Imagine learning systems which take advantage of consciousness states like deep meditation and hypnagogic states. The schools and universities of the future are not businesses at all, but places of true wisdom-sharing, innovation, and training. They provide access to the wisdom of all cultures of the earth and beyond.
7) Health — frequency-based, holistic, mindful medicine. Non-invasive sound and light technologies based on the understating of resonant quantum physics, light, and scalar fields. Current models have a stranglehold on innovation, as big pharma, lobbies, and special interests prevail in the modern environment. The health systems of the future are based on one thing — total health for all people. The importance of the wellbeing of society should never be in question, and money should never be the deciding factor in quality of care. Health is the natural birthright of every human being. Just like education, it should not be something that has to be paid for. It is to all of society’s benefit, that people maintain their health and wellbeing, and that the sick become well. A sick society cannot make good, holistic decisions about its future, but is forced to think of immediate stresses, needs, and returns.
8) Agriculture — new agricultural practices that do not strip the earth of nutrients but enhance the planets productivity, beauty and resilience. Agro-forestry, frequency based hydroponics, and small scale native farming in diverse climates. Incentives to implementing new technologies that replace existing, outdated methods. Consider the agricultural methods of older civilizations and take from their wisdom. Then consider the methods employed by an advanced civilization, one focused on 100% harmonic resonance and full awareness of the deep relationships between the health and wellbeing of the population and the natural environment that supports it. Placing ourselves in that civilization, how would we think? What would we prioritize? What decisions would we make that would differ from those of today’s society?
9) Economy — the new economy supports the human experience instead of limiting it. We support human creativity and the individual gifts inherent in all people and all cultures. All receive basic needs-supportive income, housing, education, and healthcare. Education is not only free but students are compensated for learning. Imagine! Being paid to learn! This makes perfect sense, as we are paying forward, investing in the future of society, its ability to innovate, its invention, by supporting the development of future generations of thinkers and creators, business people and teachers. Programs would also be in place to support small business and new innovation that in return improve quality of life for the whole. No interest loans, philanthropic investment, materials, and guidance. New forms of economic exchange and currency. Critical path to the removal of fiat money as a means of exchange.
When humanity is at odds with itself, its values are not in alignment with its greater good. Businesses care more about profit than positive impact or benefit. Technology creates harm, sickness, and destruction, while healthcare systems attempt to support health. This is clearly not a sustainable model!
Enlightened societies are models of efficiency because they are the embodiments of higher consciousness, with a more holistic value system. Such societies have infinite longevity and resilience because they do not create ecosystems which are detrimental to any aspect of life or experience. All facets of community are self-informing, cross-pollinating, supportive of one another, following universal principles and values that are innately understood and upheld by all members of the society. These are values that support the sanctity and sacredness of all life, and of the natural environment which sustains the vitality and future of society itself.
Together, we must envision the highest version of human society, and work diligently to bring it into existence, if we are to survive. We must envision a world where people live in harmony with one another, as well as with the earth and all creatures, where all people support the peaceful coexistence of one another, sharing resources without scarcity, working toward the betterment of all beings everywhere.
